The best way to do this is to explain all tools to your child or children at the beginning. It is especially important to show them how to hold and use them safely. The most important safety rules when crafting with Hubelino templates are

1. When carrying pointed and dangerous tools, the tip should point downwards. Scissors should only be carried and put down when closed. Scissors with rounded tips are ideal for children.
2. For all steps in which paper or cardboard has to be glued on, craft glue or adhesive corners for photos are particularly suitable.
